TORREY THOMPSON
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Mr. Thompson has over twenty years of expertise as an estimator, project manager and superintendent, with extensive training in vertical and horizontal projects.
His responsibilities include negotiating contracts, building relationships, recruiting, and qualifying subcontractors, suppliers, and tradesmen.
As a leader he reviews work in progress to assure compliance with specifications, the schedule and payment requests.
Throughout his career he has managed over a hundred single family residential homes, multifamily units, and commercial renovations projects throughout the state of Maryland and Washington DC, from inception to completion.
Mr. Thompson has certifications in construction management, estimating and building technology.
He also holds certifications in lead abatement, asbestos, and mold remediation.
